60-year-old Washington woman arrested for drunken driving three times in three days while vacationing in Wisconsin has been sentenced to a month in jail.

Twenty-four hours later, the woman was arrested after her car got stuck in snow in a park campground that was closed for the winter. The woman told an officer she had had four or six cups of wine.

"I am still finishing up the box of wine in my car from yesterday," authorities reported she told the officer.

Why don't they just figure out many more days it will take for her to polish off the box of wine, and go ahead and write that many tickets in advance, post dating the tickets?

I have two rules when someone hires me - client rule #1 is "Stay out of trouble". I wish I could say I'm surprised when a a cliet gets a new charge while the first charge is pending, but after 19 years, I'm not.

When it happens, lawyer rule #1 is "mo money".
