Considering the last about Fish n Chips got good results, I thought lets try another one.

Anyway the point I am making is you can NOT beat a good cup of Tea with biscuits.

Far too many tech companies have dropped this tradition and pump their staff with High-Energy drinks etc etc.

Dispise Marmite, if i wanted to eat something that i consider to be dry excremint, then i would probably try the real thing, rather than its wanna-be.

Me > Yorkshire Tea, bloody gorgeous and Jaffa Cakes (not traditional at all, but got loads of vits and mins in them, and they taste awesome).

Reminds me of the old Dr. Pepper commercials: 10-2-4 (the 3 times during the day when people's blood suger normally hit low points: 10am, 2pm and 4pm).

hmmm biscuits

plain choccy digestives when I'm feeling exuberant, but mostly good old cow biscuits (malted milk or something) are fave at the mo
