What technologies do you look for on a reference letter?

I'd focus on the soft skills (team player, good work ethic, responsible, shows initiative, works well with others, quick learner, etc.) than technology. Tech skills can be learned fairly easily; good interpersonal skills & work ethics are a LOT more difficult (impossible for some).
