Alas...

Fortunately, more generations can be Experienced, and will be, as a direct result of our modern technologies. I'm constantly amazed at the number of young people listening to, and enjoying, my (60's and 70's) music.

:(

Guitar, vocals, bass, drums . . and sooouls afire, Lawman. Many a rocker wannabe, touched by the fires of R&R, could do the Stones justice - or at least we all tried. ;)

Never met a one that could do justice to Hendrix et al.

There was a time, though, when another 3-member band called Beck, Bogert and Appice sounded pretty good . . and another 3pc band, Mountain, had their moment . .

Its a shame. RIP

Are You Experienced changed my life when I was 15 and I have been saying that for 30 years.

I heard that the final show he performed in Portland, he only played on 1 song and had to be helped on and off the stage. Maybe he should have been in a hospital instead of a concert hall. Oh, well, that is rock and roll.
