no not really, but I'd want it, if I had this little baby to look after .. and before y'all ask I think the box/tool is no more than 8" long/wide - can't find the specs so you're gonna have to try to narrow to a "trade"

it reminds me of tools used by hatmakers to adjust the size and shape of their hats. But those are much wider in diameter and have many more of the adjustable pins at the top...
