hello guys

im looking to develop a job portal site like <snip> which searches other job portals.

ours is a startup and we are looking to outsource the programming.

i was wondering if anyone can tell us how to find a search engine programmer and what expertise should we be looking for?

also how can i make sure that the idea/codes arent stolen or shared by the programmer?

any advice?

thanks

As for the programmmer, make sure the contract is "work for hire" and also includes a "non-disclosure" statement.

Heck, I'll do it for you. Seems like I work for free these days!
