who will win?

It starts today, all those crazily rich multi-millionaires start "working" for their money.

So who will win? What will the top four look like?

My prediction is:

1) United
2) Liverpool
3) Arsenal
4) Totenham

I think it is Liverpool's turn to hit the top spot.

There are a few dark horses around and Portsmouth look like a good each way bet to me, I fancy them for a top five finish.

Man U will win it with Chelsea being #2. Liverpool might get to #3 and Arsenal will melt down to 4 or even 5.

I agree with Old Honky, Postsmouth is likely to be a dark horse and may prove to appear in the top five.

After seeing chelsea destroy portsmouth on sunday i think there in the running for the title again which irks me no end being a liverpool fan.

i think its will be business as usual.

You forgot Chelsea, who will definitely be at least in the top 4 and I think Spurs will struggle this season.

My humble predictions:

2. Liverpool
3. Man U
4. Villa
5. Arsenal

Although I may be totally wrong :)

I also think Middlesbrough could be a dark horse this season, as they have some great players, and I think Stoke will finish bottom.

I hope you are wrong about Chelski. IMHO a lot of overpaid prima donnas playing for a team where money is no object and there is no reason to even try to make a profit. Ronan has thrown his money into Chelsea buying players seemingly on a whim and sacking successful managers because (mainly due to his interference) they don't win everything in sight. Most non-Chelsea fans don't think they deserve success.

One other prediction: Southampton's young side with their new Dutch management team will top the Championship.

After the change of ownership yesterday and the record £32.5 million transfer then Manchester City look like a good bet for a top four finish. Now they have much more money to spend than Chelsea.
