Witnesses in the car told police the unidentified female driver deliberately ran into a woman riding a bike on the side of the road.

Witnesses say the woman then drove a car into a fence, got out, and ran in circles while taking off her clothes.

people whose brain is functioning properly don't "walk in circles taking off their clothes."

if only they would! world peace would be in reach...

funny how the witnesses with cars didn't really react to the whole situation. I mean, you see an accident, you see the driver get out and get into another car. You see the driver of the other car get her out of that car and she's running towards your car - and you don't lock your doors?

Sounds like someone on Ambien. Ever read the various forums about the people who talk about the stuff they do after taking it and don't remember any of it or know someone who was prescribed it and starts doing stuff like that - hallucinating, blacking out, driving, cooking, drinking, running around the neightborhood naked (all while "asleep"), not remembering conversations, not being able to speak in an understandbale manner after taking it - and still being exhausted the next day, scary.

uh... maybe, but at a first go round, I'd guess bipolar, schizophrenia, or perhaps cocaine addiction...

walk in circles taking off their clothes - Well thats true to an extent.

Around 1997 I cam across a car crash that had just happened this car had gone into a ditch going around the bend. I stopped and saw shed loads of people climbing out of it, from a new born baby to pensioners, then they all went into this field and started walking around and around in circles trance like.

The driver kept shouting 'It wasnt my fault' over and over again.

I guess shock can do some strange things to you.
