Dunno, I believe it must be further refined before use.

But doubtless my people would like to have the runts for battle accoutrements, if you don't mind... I come from a long line of colliers myself, by way of Abergavenny.

What are we doing here?

I will assume that is not a "Meaning of Life" philosophical question and suggest that what is being discussed illustrates the spelling mistake in the phrase "she gets down amongst the leeks and peas".

I am surprised that growing pot leeks is not illegal. Perhaps they don't inhale.

You can make really luxurious quilts if you collect enough down.

It's unusual to get down amongst the leeks and peas, though.

I've heard you can get down from a ladder, and a groove, but not sure if I'd be happy with eider one of them...
