OK I'm awake. Looking at the clues and the crudeness of the gizmo, it must be a motor mount (car engine).

Who are you calling crude? LOL. Nice nap?
It is a motor / engine mount. Think that's a win? Or should I hold you to finding a link or more specific identification?

After I thought I figured it out, I searched for "motor mount pictures", but couldn't find that exact one. If someone finds it, I guess we could be co-winners.

Doubtful to find the exact one, the pic itself isn't in the index, although the page [festivamotorsport.com] is. It's for a vehicle no longer in production, but that is gathering quite a following because of gas prices... Have one sitting in my driveway. :)
I believe that makes you the winner. :)

The closest I could find was HERE [images.google.com].

OK, I guess that means I'll do the one next week. Will probably start earlier - maybe around 9 EDT.

That's close. Little car.
Mine's from a Ford Festiva aka Festy.

Looks like some type of pully clutch or brake, as if it controlled a rope or a cord passing through it...KF

KF, you're a little late to the partay. LOL
It's one of the motor mounts on a Ford Festiva - there are 3 - one like this and two of another type.
My gizmos are usually tougher, but lawman has more funny pictures. Tune in next week.
