5 minutes ago the telephone was ringing and I answered it.

Client: Where is my Fxxxing Order.
Me: Your name please, and order ref number
Client: Fxxxing Ref 14526, should have been here by 12 noon.
Me: You placed the order at 19.20 last night, your order is not due to be processed till Monday, for delivery by 12 noon on Tuesday.
Client: It says Next Fxxxing Day delivery, by 12 Noon.
Me: It also says if ordered by 2 pm, and does not apply to weekends.
Client: Fxxxing cancel it then, puts the phone down.

but why be rude about it.
Had be been nice, I could have arrange for the order to be processed, and delivered by courier or alternatively collected by him.

Sir/Madam we will do anything in our power to resolve your problem, however it is our company policy not to handle abusive calls. Please refrain from using profanity, or we will be forced to hang up. Can we discuss this in a non confrontational matter, or would it be better for us to call you back at a latter time.
This preamble ussually does the trick, and calms the customer down.
