I've tried everything. I don't have them on a blacklist, hosts file is OK, tried different browsers.

It's been 2 days now. Has Berlusconi had enough of the negative press he's getting?

For what it's worth, both are accessible from the Netherlands. In fact, I was just reading a story on the BBC news before I landed here.

If it closes immediately after, that sounds like you're trying to 'ping' straight from the run prompt? Open a DOS window first (perhaps by running 'cmd').
