So, she's anonymous about revealing his anonymity? I don't get it. First thing he might consider after getting out is dropping her from the nearest coconut tree.

Must be some reason for the rule.
Another reason is that it might give people the impression (right or wrong) that the spokesperson has some sort of special relationship with Ron Wood, so that person would be singled out in the future as the go-to person for any inside info on him.

In case anyone is wondering (I did), I'm not too concerned about my own anonymity because:
a) I'm not famous (Foo doesn't count)
b) I'm fairly secure in my own recovery
c) I haven't (and won't) violate any known traditions
