The way to guarantee that gas prices will drop is for me to buy one of these cards. The price of gas would drop immediately and by a significant amount. How do I know? I always buy at the top. ;)

It's not a completely new idea, they do it with home heating fuel for the winter. I used to do it with coal as well for my customers when I had stockpiles. I believe with home heating fuel if the price goes down they rebate the difference but that rarely happens.
