Euro 2008

The 2008 European Football Championship finals started a week ago. No British teams this time, but lots of players that play in English or Scottish competitions.

Surely there must be other WW members who watch Euro 2008? Who's your favourite? I'm in .nl, and we sure cannot complain about our national team's performance so far :)

I have not seen a single match but am pleased Spain got through. At least some of my predictions came true!

Should be a great game on Sunday, just wish it was on Saturday so I could get some sleep before work on Monday.

Still very disappointed with this tournament's timing.

My money is on Spain, but there is nobody better at killing a game than the German's so it could be a tight affair.

Viva Espana!

They won every single game, beat the reigning European and world champions, and played very attractive football. They definitely deserved to win.

I was in Rome when we beated italians; was an ncredible experience. We were in a bar with fifty/fifty italians and spaniards and it was just a a nice and friendly party around football.

Once I back in Spain I had yesterday a really happy day with my family in my house. Football is very nice (when your teams wins ;)
