Google and Yahoo account hacked

Hi

I am not sure what this is happening

Both of my google accounts and yahoo accounts have been hacked by someone , i am not able to even resent password as details have been changed by the person . Even alternative email has been changed which is used to reset password by google

I am worried as lots of my google services were linked with this address.Google says to fill in some form , long one like names of emails to which i send emails , names of labels etc. , i am doing it just now , just wanted to take your suggestions on what is this happening.

Here are a few I can think of for now:

If you did setup a POP3 or were getting emails from other accounts, create a different email address and redirect them there (Change the passwords of the emails too).

Anywhere you can possibly update the email address, do change them to your new email address.

No matter how tough it seems, notify your important customers to use your new email due to some technical problems.

If you have had confidential information like details of your CC in the email, notify your bank to disable the CC.

Change your paypal and related emails and passwords to a new email and password respectively.

Thanks for tip my Paypal is also linked with that account , i have contacted Google support lets see if they help or not. I guess there is no support of such kind for yahoo.

I am not sure which new email to make or to choose now (Gmail , yahoo) or choose my own domaian email address.
As my own domain address is only email which is still working for me.
