The Wall Street Journal reported this week that a Russian millionaire who hoped to build a 27,000-square-foot mansion with 26 toilets and room to park 12 cars "will need to go back to the drafting table, now that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Greenwich, Conn., rejected his proposal at a meeting late Tuesday."

Later, their web site noted:

Clarification: Lest anyone think Mr. Kogan planned to live in the house alone, we edited this post to include the fact that the proposal was from both him and his wife, Olga.

See, and at first you thought, he doesn't need a house that big. It's good to have all of the facts.

Ah, but did the Planning and Zoning Commission reject the proposal before THEY had all the facts? :)
