Any advise would be good
She'd turn up with her mates, pour a bottle of vodka into the barrel and start drinking.... weird. And noisey!
Here in Denmark they have a thing that's very simple in nature. Take a bootle of vodka and put some big fresh chillies in it. Leave it for a couple of months and you have a real winter warmer...

Yes i did meat your, ex > i'm not the biggest fan of spirits, it flips switches in my head. However, having a load of drunk noisey females(imagination starts kicking in) around don't sound like the worst reality i ever been around. Actually coming to think of it i ended up in a far worst party, in which about 80%+ of people were sexually adverse to my particular tastes, which left friends, and me eyeing up women who were a good few years older and frumpier than my tastes, excellant night, good crowd, but bizarre. Prefer the loud women thing anytime.

Sorry, should have clarified. My wife was with me all weekend. My ex was there for a few hours on friday night. (i think you met my wife, ivana)
Switches? Jeez, me too. I don't touch 'em. Often... to many sorry experiences.....
As for noisey women, yeah, kinda cool but they were all punk (the real english kind) lesbians so conversation tended toward pierceings and veganism ;)
Still, nice bunch, still keep in touch with a few of them...

Well, that goes a long way towards explaining the pouring liquor in the beer barrel behavior.
I guess enlish punks are more hardcore than the US variety... all the punks I knew years ago drank PBR and Mickeys (translation for Brits: they all drank cr@p beer)! ;)
Beer just isn't efficient enough. :) I don't care much for wine either. I like the harder spirits that go well with good cigars.
Doesn't beer smell quite bad while it is being made? I know the must for wine smells funky, can't imagine hops and barley.
Oh, and if you ever make sparkling wine, invest in champagne bottles and the wire cages for the corks. I quickly found out why there's a big indentation in the bottom of sparkling wine and champagne bottles. :) Thirty bottles blowing out their bottoms makes a big mess. ;)
PBR
I don't recommend that to anyone, lawman. ;) OTOH, you could switch to chamomile tea. I think that has more "bite" than Coors Lite, and it's better for you! hehehehe....
Yep, have to say that from my brief experience or lack of drucken-thereoff, from coors lite, that the
Lawman, is the main contender for the official weakest beer drinker of WebmasterWorld award
I live in a trailer park with a communal grill. I get it the third Friday of every other month unless it falls on the thirteenth in which case I have to wait until the following Monday, unless it's a state or federal holiday, in which case I'm outta luck for the month.
