Why must I continue to retain paper documents when I have them all saved electronically? WHY?
Its 2008! We're in the digital revolution and have been for quite some time. Don't you think its time you caught up with the rest of us and allowed us the freedoms of not having to retain "paper" in any form?
And here I thought the United States Government were more concerned with the environment and minimizing the amount of waste we generate. Well, I think your first step should be to loosen up on the whole "paper" thing and start accepting eletronic documents in their place.
