Autumn is finally here

While everyone else in the northern hemisphere gets all excited about spring and summer I think autumn has finally arrived in Cape Town - thick mist at the beach today and thick mist over the mountains as well as plenty of leaves under foot.. still 24C today though :)

Still have a few more warm days before the heavy rains get here though.

Cloudy, dark and wet in London...snow at Easter...I am hoping the summer won't be a wash out like last year!

We've gone from four ft. drifts to green grass in the last week....It's been a long, long winter. Yesterday I caught my first sniff spring's damp earth, walking in the rain with a warm breeze blowing...... Well, back to work ;~)
