Thankfully I always do this with three or four weeks to spare. They must surely extend the deadline?

I forgot! ;)

Was remined by a radio ad that I would get a nice fine, so sent to my accountant 1st class on 30th Jan. That way I can blame him!

They extended the deadline to midnight on Feb 1st.

However, I managed to file on Jan 31st from Macau with hours to spare before the official deadline.

Even though, I confess, it was actually 03:20 on February 1st, here on China's eastern seaboard.

I hear that there are hundreds of thousands that get hit by the late fine every year.

Think of all the extra 'they' are getting - it's quite scary.

BBC says 900,000+ missed it last year. I reckon they "only" get around 50% of that to pay up, so that ... £45,000,000!
