One million viewers use iPlayer

I found this interesting:

Nearly half of all programmes streamed or downloaded were placed outside the top 50 most popular shows, the BBC said.

The same will happen in music - with greater choice in downloading many of the performers who have been marketed into the "top 20" will find themselves slipping in favour of the real "peoples choice".

I hope more and more people will use this service. This would increase traffic per person so ISPs will finally have to start investing money into improving infrastructure rather than introducing traffic limits.
