Nano Virus

Never heard of that virus.

Sounds like something you would catch by sharing an iPod.

There has been a bad cold doing the rounds where I am that seems to take three or four weeks to shake off. It's a bad time of the year for these things.

I had the thing about a week before Christmas. Was driving home and felt really sick. When I got in I was sick multiple times and had really bad diarrhea. It was the worst I felt for years.

Now I have a horrible chesty cough that I just can't shake off! :(

I had that starting at the very end of November. It is not a stomach thing, just an incredibly sore throat and some pain, weakness and stuffy head. It wakes you up coughing all night long. Lasts for at least 4 weeks. I only feel normal now.

It went through our whole company.

I hope that what going around England does not hit me, it would mean that i will be ill for most of the winter.

I know three people that suffered from the noravirus and were affected by varying degrees of illness. One was only unwell for 24 hours, whilst it has taken another, from the same family, three weeks to get over it.

Get well soon!
