HP Customer Service Contact

Anyone have any?

I recently purchased an HP notebook and have had nothing but issues dealing with their "customer service" if you call it that. Throwing a dart out there to see if anyone by chance has a good HP contact or know where I can get in touch with someone who is competent.

I've had good luck with email support. Their phone support was horrible, it took me over an hour to explain an address to them.

Yep...phone support is horrible.

My last experience, about 2 weeks ago, was a a serious lesson in patience. It was so incredibly frustrating all I could do was laugh to keep from reach through the phone and throttling the lady.
