This combined with other developments such as:
- a brand new website
- the upcoming charity gig in London
- a current non-stop rehearsal schedule
- current re-release of the Song Remains the Same DVD
... adds up to a world tour.
It would easily smash all concert tour revenue records around the planet.

Original Led Zeppelin members Robert Plant, Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones were to be joined by Jason Bonham, the son of drummer John Bonham, who passed way in 1980, for an extraordinary get-together on stage in London on Nov. 26.
As for breaking records possibly for the most expensive tickets of all time if they wanted too... I purchased some Eagles tickets a year or two ago and the cheap seats were $100+. Front row and center were about $300+ if I remember correctly. Those were face value. I don't think they'll get the masses required to break all time records especially if its adjusted for inflation.

what defines "a tour"?
that stones "tour that would never end" rolled through l.a. at least 4 or 5 times, usually for multiple dates each time, during the two years (!) that it ran.
they never took a month off for two years?
Now my definition of a tour would be something like the "World Wide Live" tour the Scorpions did. I'd have to dig the tape out but if remember correctly they played non-stop for better than a year about 4 times a week on every major contitnent except antartica . How far they have fallen, looking at their site I see they have a link for booking. :P

I guess it is a good point that it all depends on how long they stay out on the road. But I feel that the record is their's for the taking if they want to tour as long as the Stones do.
It will be very interesting.
I know I would be good for at least 2 shows, a home show and combined with a vacation somewhere.
