Duck and plum stir-fry

What to put with it?

I've bought some plum stir-fry sauce, and some duck breasts to go with it.

Not really sure what else to put in the stir-fry though, Chinese cooking has never been one of my strong points, you should have seen my attempt at EFR. Was scrubbing the pan for a week and swearing a lot.

I thought maybe spring onion, a pepper and some beansprouts, but would like to know what you guys would do with it?

Maybe get a nice mix of stir-fry veggies together. Snow peas, red & green peppers, green onions and minced or sliced garlic. Probably need a little oil in the mix too. Make some white rice to go with it.

Mmmmm.... making me hungry. I'm no cook but I think that'd be pretty good!

Add carrots too and ginger. Also some soy sauce if you like that type of thing or a little curry spice / turmeric powder. Enjoy

ok, checked the bottle, it has ginger in already, so that's good. Carrots sound interesting though, is that normal for a stir-fry? I wouldn't have thought of them.

Fresh ginger is always much more tasty (but overbearing for some). Carrots.. as far as I know it's pretty normal in a stir-fry, though it's best to slice into thin strips.
