Oh this is too funny! Its been awhile since I've been here...

Welcome to SPAM.com
[SPAM.com...]

They've had a redesign since I last visited. :)

Be sure to play with the Flash on the home page, too much!

They must get lots of traffic from their brandname spam because I don't think it's from their quality of food.

Who still eat that stuff?

OK, maybe I'll stash some in a bunker somewhere just in case...together with matches, fresh water, etc.

It's OK with some brown sauce on it.

Good choice. The shelf life of spam is probably several centuries.

Oops, I misunderstood- I thought mslina meant to use it for ammunition. :)

Um, you're wrong. Spam does not have a shelf life.

It has a half-life expectancy (just like Twinkees). :)

(I'm not referring to the game, either)

Twinkees, Spam... add Ramen Noodles and Milwaukee's Best beer and you'll have a pretty good picture of how I survived my 20's.

I stand corrected draggar. You're absolutely correct...

(sigh!)

All that creative work, on a 'major' site, and their featured promotion "Enter the SPAM ... Instant Win Game" is sorely out-of-date:

<sigh>Laker, they're in the biz of selling high-quality canned meat (which, fried lightly and served with eggs, will bring a tear to your eye), NOT the web biz.

well, not quite tears, but very satisfying when coding long hours :)

the spam word might have actually worked for them. until electronic spam came along, i was a loyal fan of another brand. then one day last year, i decided to try an alternative. waddya know, just as good.

always keep a couple of cans around, and make sure the yolks are runny!
