Hacking And Phishing Site

Found a site that hosts it - how do I report it?

Hi guys

I had a hacking attempt on one of my sites overnight (via a Perl script). Luckily I validate parameters and length and caught it so I looked up the IP address <snip>. It resolves to a site <snip>.

There is no contact info on Whois at all - not even the hosting provider - so is there anything one can do? Or can these t*ssers just keep on leeching off everyone ad infinitum?
