Your Job Vs Your Potential

After a very very busy life, my present job requires far less of my potential than I have been into. I could have done 90% of what I do, 4 or 5 years back.

How much percentage of your potential do you think your present job requires you to have?

. . . or the other side: you have to learn new things everyday to cop up with the fast changing nature of your job?
