A bit ambitious

You know when I first saw the info on the release of Google sky I could't help but wonder why they wouldn't finish the job of compiling good images of our planet before moving on to the spacely realm. I mean terraserver blows them away on quality when it comes to images of my small town.

Maybe I don't "get" what they were going for on Google Earth, but it seems like there is a lot of room to grow there before moving on to infinite spaces.
