Les Paul interview on NPR [npr.org]

Gibson, the guitar makers, thought enough of the man to name a guitar after him and Gibson likely sells more "Les Paul model" guitars than any other in their line.

It would be nice to think that anyone of us would have whatever it is that Les Paul has in him that keeps him playing daily shows at a club in New York.

Here's to the man, still making the music despire a variety of ailments, at age 92. Humble, having a good time, grateful.

May we all advance through the years like he has.

Les Paul is truly a guitar playing legend. It would be worth the cost of a trip to New York City to watch him perform.

Here is a great guitar jam with Les Paul and Chet Atkins.
