Found a stash of receipts from 15-20 years ago. What fun it is to reminisce over old (hopefully paid) monthly credit card statements. Kids were young; half our December 1989 money went to toy stores, mostly now out of business.
There was a $144 payment to one of the fanciest restaurants in town. And some $15 fill-ups at gas stations. The real gem: $17 spent by my wife at Fredericks of Hollywood...long, long ago.
