The study carried out the by the Medical Research Institute in New Zealand has discovered that there is an increased risk of developing blood clots that have the potential to be fatal. The risk of developing deep-vein thrombosis with office workers is thought to be greater than the risk of developing it from travelling on long haul flights.

..thought that the people who were at the highest risk where those who working in call centres and IT, both of which have little opportunity to leave their computers.

I must be one big massive clot from sitting here all night, and sometimes all day too. Maybe this is my ticket to a really nice office chair with vibrating massage, heater control, and a cup holder ;)

I have many health problems because of sitting in front of a computer for whole day.

1) Shoulder problem : using mouse
2) Back problem: sitting for whole day.

However, I found a solution and it is helping me a lot. I had an exercize list from my physiotherapist for my back and shoulder. Whatever it takes I do them at the office every day. Since they are office exercizes to no problem to do. I feel more healthy and fit.

My suggestion is like this: every office or every company has to design a room or place for office exercizes and let the people who are working there to do his/her exercizes at certain times. I have more respect for Japanase people for seeing them doing their special exercizes every morning.

For your eyes, please go to a doctor or close your eyes for every few hours for 5 minutes.

Back problems I can see, but otherwise I have done unhealthier jobs than website development.
