Technical or other wise, tell us about some of your pet hates. Let's start ...

People who use Incredimail on business email.

People who reply to emails without attaching the original copy leaving me having to go through my files trying to remember why I contacted them in the first place.

"Homicide investigators were looking into the case because of the "implied" terroristic threat, St. Paul Police Sgt. Jim Gray said."

What the heck does that mean?

Housemates who dispose of their unwashed dishes by putting them in the kitchen sink. Thus preventing anyone else from washing their own dishes. Unless they manually remove the housemate's unwashed dishes first and transfer them to the sideboard. (In which case they could have been saved the trouble had the housemate just put them on the sideboard in the first place).

People who walk slowly in the middle of the pavement. (If they don't want to walk faster why can't they get to one side, out of the traffic stream?!) This probably wouldn't be much of an issue in most other places, but London is pretty damn crowded with pedestrians.

It means it could be considered a threat, someone could be saying that they're planning to do that to her.
