Needless to say it was positive ;)

Thought that was excellent. Let's face it, "Great communication, A++++" is getting really passe now.

What's the best ever eBay feedback comment you've come across (either written by you or someone else)?

heh, I like that. My favourite was "I'm as happy as a pig in muck!" From a customer who had sent us a £1000 or so cheque in advance of getting her goods, so I guess she was just happy not to be ripped off..
