In Hong Kong for 1 day, what to do?

I'm going to be in Hong Kong on Friday March 16 for a full day.

Any suggestions on something fun to do?

Any cool people want to meet up and chat about e-commerce, websites, programming, or the meaning of life?

I always suggest the tram to Victoria Peak, epsecially at night. Especially if the weather is clear.

I also try to hit Ned Kelly's Last Stand for dinner and music. There's just something about munching on a huge burger while listening to Chinese and expats play Dixie Jazz music. :)

Other suggestions depend on your particular interests.
