I actually like sitting on those things! Of course I cannot sit still long enough without bouncing to get any work done, but who's looking ;)

I enjoy seeing these topics come up.

I've been doing the exercise ball on and off over the past year or so.

Almost bought a Swopper too.

As Mack says, don't lean back, that hurts. ;)

I like having the lumbar support which the exercise ball doesn't provide. But, the exercise ball forces you to do things that you normally wouldn't do in traditional seating configurations.

Great topic but the above quoted thread is from 2005. Surely there must be newer and better for 2007?
