Crush. Do you have that laptop? I have been looking at that laptop for a while on Dell but is not yet out in Asia. Impressive stuff.

Huh? You guys have enough money that you can actually go out and spend it? I'm still saving for old age. I thought I was doing okay, but then I found on Jan 31st I paid about a quarter of everything I saved in the last two years to the Tax Office. So it's back to Pot Noodle for me.

A 32" Sony, connected to a satelite dish with a several hundred channels and a DVR that can record 180 hours. I have a Sony DVD surround sound system attached to it as well.

It is dwarfed by my home theatre.

I am a TV junkie..... if you could not tell.

>>>Whats in your bedroom?

A hidden 32" Panasonic, a huge bed, a lot of superfluous furniture (IMHO), and a hot Brunette I've been married to for over 15 years.

All I can add is that during the last 18 years most everything in my/our bedroom(s) has changed many times, the only permantent fixture has been the Brunette.......must say something about what we value most in life! :)

Quick question while on this subject - I am looking to get a home entertainment system and just browsing price websites.

I see good packages are the ones with the DVD player with the 5 speakers and so on the question is how much Output Power (in watts) do I need for an ok system? Remember its just DVDs and sometimes TV.

75 Watt?
100 Watt?
220 Watt?
300 Watt?
850 Watt?

Do like to loud music? In that case don't go any less than 850. Some movie soundtracks need to be loud and clear so the bigger the better. Its better to have more power and keep the volume lower for clarity.

I have 900 watts and would prefer a little louder for some of my concert DVD's.
