I have a long list of problems for Bestbuy, but most are not related to their website. It is performing as well as normal for me (not great, but adequate).
However, should you choose to actually physically go to a store.......well that is a whole different story! :(
I always buy a new PC and associated toys at this time of year. I want to write off as much tax as possible, so I endulge in spending on the best tech-toys available.
Now can someone explain why I find it so hard to get someone to take my money at BestBuy? This week my money went to CompUSA, they provided staff who wanted to serve and benefit!
love it when they intentionally avoid eye contact and just walk away when they see someone who obviously needs help.
