I'm writing some copy and can't remember this crappy marketing jargon. The word describes consumers who show up at your site ready to buy.

"Motivated Traffic"?
"Eager Beavers"?

I tried the cool backwards dictionary that I'm afraid I can't link to here. No luck. But yeah, that's right, a backwards dictionary. Let me know if I can post that here and I will. Pretty cool.

"Motivated consumers" might work for you. You'll find it used in government reports. This includes those "ready to buy" and also those ready to take some other kind of action, as vote or start a exercise program.

"Targeted visitors" is what some online systems use as well. That usually means the ad is put front of specific demo (age, region, gender) in a specific context.

Qualified leads in sales lingo is a target who has been determined to have a real need and the money/budget to do something about it. Of course, it gets used to mean anyone who has ever taken a breath

"Ready buyers" pops into my head. Don't know where I heard that though.
