Could you loose money in any way with a regular PayPal account if you never spent any money?

Well, I get about 100 spam emails a week saying that my PayPal account is expiring, is that what you mean? ;)

You'd probably have to ask them directly to get a definitive answer, but as far as I know the funds would just stay there untouched. I don't use PayPal much, sometimes I don't log in for months. I have about $60 in there and I've never had any issues or any charges for inactivity.
