Recommend Internet Parental Controls Program

I am looking for a new internet parental controls program for my son's computer. I am currently using the one from Y! and it sucks a whole lot. Yahooligans is great but the parental controls are buggy as all get out and because of that it is almost more hassle to have it on than to keep it off.

Anyone have a recommendation for a good, works well from a parent and software stand point parental controls program?

My ghetto internet control is setting a random (not working) proxy for my internet connection and then setting the 'no proxy for' field to the websites that I want to allow.

Works for little kids ;)
