Yeah, yeah, yeah. Bunch of intellectuals. What about:
  • "Dinner's ready!"
  • "I'm outta the bathroom. You can go in now."
  • "You hungry? You want me to make you something?"
  • "Let me pay for that."
  • "We're home!"
  • "Don't get up. I'll take care of that." . . and my favorite quote . .
  • "You wanna have sex?"

Yep, and you can quote me on that.

Okay Iguana, don't go mucking up Emerson. ;) ...Though nearly everyone does.

A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds, adored by little statesmen and philosophers and divines.

Money isn't the most important thing in life, but it's reasonably close to oxygen on the "gotta have it" scale.
-- Zig Ziglar
Another one from the same guy.

You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.

Can't decide which one I like more.

"Where sits our sulky, sullen dame
Gathering her brows like gathering storm
Nursing her wrath to keep it warm".

This is from the Robert Burns poem, "Tam o' Shanter" and it refers to Tam's wife as she waits on him coming back from a drinking session - wonderfully descriptive!

Considering that this was written over 200 years ago nothing much has changed ;)

Hi

You think that (1) the cats would all go in the same direction (2) willingly do work for you on the sled?

You've clearly never been owned by a cat! B^>
