Cleaning my Laptop and PC

ideas needed which solutions or chemicals etc to use

Hi

Just wanted suggestions to keep my computer and laptop shining and clean for ages,which things to remember and any accesories i may buy

presently i use cloth socked with water to clean off dust what to use to clean laptop screen, thats delicate area and keyboard its difficult to keep dust off from there

In the USA I use "Windex" for everything. It is great for all external parts of a PC/LapTop, including screen (LCD) and keyboard.

I smoke, and stain! Windex removes the mess instantly. If the bottle runs dry then a 50% White Vinger and 50% Water solution is just as good :)

Yeah, do as your Grandma did! Today the best commercial cleaners are really only "branded" versions of what "Grandma" used.

White vinegar, Citrus Oils, Baking Soda......dilute them all with water, put them in a spray bottle and you have the top 20 brands of cleaner on the market today!

My wife used to clean the kitchen/bathroom floors with an Ammonia based product....the whole house was unusable for 8 hours afterwards (the smell)!

Today we only have to suffer a slight citrus and vinegar smell and have a much cleaner home!
