So, your doc says you need to reduce stress in your life. They wish to know what is stressing you, do you say what it is?

Or do you answer him/her with "Hey doc, doesn't everyone have stress in their lives?"

What do you do to reduce it? Any ideas, suggestions? Humor?

More: exercise, humor, fresh air, relaxation, sleep
Less: fatty foods, caffeine, work, thinking about work

To further reduce stress:
If you're not married or have a significant other, get a pet.

If you're married or have a significant other, spend more or less time with him/her (as appropriate to your situation) ;)

If you're married AND have a significant other, well there's your problem right there!

LOL! I doubt that anything like that is in my future.

Married, 5 children I adore with all my heart, 2 at home out of the 5.

AA hubbie that hides it, like I"m stupid.

Work? am working on getting work. Have spent the last billion years self teaching web stuff to myself. Finally getting a few very minor css template jobs.

Food, main meat I eat is chicken. Not a beef person. Rarely fry food.

eek, give up coffee? shudders at the thought of the lack of macchiattos in barnes and nobles reading computer books. To me the equation is pc books and barnes and nobles = Large macchiatto. sigh.

Exercise is a work in progress with the heat wave we have had.

All great suggestions, thanks.
