Go to Google Maps, search/zoom into an area (preferably with lots of streets), then click on the Pac-Man view (next to the Satellite view). Wait for the music to stop and away you go!

By now someone could be developing an iPhone app to do just that - kids would love to play Pac-Man racing around their local streets. (grown-ups too!).
