What, no US Independence Day logo on Google?

I just thought it was strange there was no logo this year, as there was 2005 Google logos. [google.com]

Have the folks at G been partying too much?

Uh, it's there (at least for me)
one cat waving a flag and sparklers and another waving two sparklers.

Not the snazziest I've seen them put out, but it's alright.

Hmmm, engine ... where are you located? I'm not in the US so maybe its just used for those with a US IP?

As I'm in the UK, I would guess it's only showing to US IPs.

Well there you go. Huh. It was our "territory day" yesterday. Google didn't do any nice little artwork for the islands! :(

As I'm in the UK, I would guess it's only showing to US IPs.

You'd think Google would have a special graphic to show just in the U.K. on the 4th. :)
