Strange, neither of the ads contained an URL. No wonder I've never heard of either company. But I was thinking about replacing PHP with RATFOR (RATional FORtran), so I might give these products a try.

I actually had a Seagate/tandon st506 5meg can I finally got tired of carting around and chucked it. It was a great door stop, loud, but fairly easy to come by at swap meets.

I worked at an NCR repair depot for about a year in 86. We repaired cash registers. Most of them were from the early 70's. My favorite was a 5meg disk drive that was the size of a small closet. You could open it up and clean off the 12inch platters if it wouldn't read.
