It all relies on Dirk though. If he doesn't choke under the pressure, it'll be Mavs in 7. Otherwise, it's Heat in 5.
Shaq's looking for a reason to retire. He's going to be busting people left and right in order to get this ring.

Cuban and Mavs by 5 with Miami slipping one more tight win in at home (Mavs should win on their home court...would be just the right moment for them)...
I am a bit sad for the NBA though. The absolute last thing the NBA 2.0 needed was another one-star-wonder team to win a title. Nice article about the future of the NBA...

06 Wade-Shaq
05 Duncan-Parker/Ginobili
04 Detroit
03 Duncan-Robinson
00-02 Shaq-Bryant
99 Duncan-Robinson
Maybe the 03 Spurs because Robinson was essentially done by then but the trend has been more of a two-star-wonder winning since Jordan retired.
edit:I just read the article and his definition of a one-star-wonder is quite a bit different than mine.
the streets are packed, the beach, grove, downtown, everywhere.
looks like a lot of folks won't be working tomorrow.
and the people are all behaving. that makes it even more incredible.
the newscasters were first saying this will last a while, then settle down like the past, but the more time that passes the more people. lol
just awesome.
