How can I modify properties (title, album title, track number, etc.) of MP3 files in Windows?

You can add the MP3 to the Windows Media player library, or probably any other media player, and edit that info from the player.

To Add to Windows Media Player:
File => Add To Media Library => Choose from available options

Once completed click to Media Library, find your tune and highlight it, and press F2 to edit.

Right Click -> Properties -> Summary -> Click any field you want to edit

Thanks for the tip GrandPa, nonetheless this will only modify the property in Media Player itself and not the property of the source file.

I found it. Just right click on the name of the file, go to Properties and Summary.
